AI POWERED TECH SCOUTING & MARKET RESEARCH PLATFORM. TCF has closed the Federal Navigator so that it can focus its efforts in a new technical direction. We are pleased to announce that TCF and the University of Notre Dame are developing an AI Powered Recommendation Engine for Tech Scouting and Market Research for the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) under an Air Force Phase II STTR contract. The Recommendation Engine leverages vectorized knowledge graphs (KG), convolutional neural networks (CNN), machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP) and other artificial intelligence (AI) and statistical technologies and algorithms to instantly evaluate complex problem statements against the capabilities of millions of businesses and return highly targeted results. We are building the Recommendation in AWS GovCloud using a DevSecOps environment to ensure that the solution is both scalable and secure. Our platform provides tech scouts with the ability to conduct comprehensive scouting exercises in a fraction of the time permitted by the Federal Navigator and competing solutions. Our vectorized KGs also will give market researchers the ability to easily identify and explore emerging markets of interest. We will be releasing the commercial version of the platform soon.
